Anxiety Checklists

Anti-Depression Medication is approved to treat these types of anxiety in adults over age 18: Social Anxiety Disorder, Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Panic Disorder, and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). It is also approved for OCD in children and adolescents age 6-17 years.

Do you think you might have the symptoms of one of these anxiety disorders? Try using a checklist.

A good way to see if you suffer from one of these conditions is to compare your symptoms with the anxiety symptoms associated with it.

When you know your symptoms better, it can help your doctor determine your condition.

Print out a checklist, fill out your answers, and bring it to your appointment to share with your doctor. It's a good way to start a conversation about your condition.
